Creator Terms Creator Terms are established to ensure Blockreative's Vision, Mission, and values are consistently upheld. These include quality, originality, and integrity across all products, interactions, and community behavior. These Terms may be changed, modified, or replaced at any time without notice. It is your responsibility as a Creator to stay informed and compliant. By accepting these Terms, you confirm your understanding and agreement. Claims of ignorance or misunderstanding will not be considered valid.

Terms: In this TOS you may refered as "you" or "Creator", Blockreative can be refered as "us", "Blockreative".

Section 1: About Blockreative Blockreative is a private, closed, and at-will platform that grants exclusive and privileged licenses to a hand-selected group of Creators. Blockreative reserves the right to remove or modify any license, rights, or users at any time, for any reason.

Your participation in the program, as well as your digital signature, serve as confirmation of your acceptance of these terms.

1.1 Usage Rights You grant Blockreative permission to use your products for marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media campaigns, web page promotions, and other marketing activities.

You grant Blockreative full commercial and distribution rights to your products within the platform. Blockreative will act as the seller and will collect a percentage fee for each transaction.

You authorize Blockreative to file DMCA takedown requests on your behalf for content hosted on our platform.

You grant Blockreative the right to hold, refund, or retain revenue in cases of wrongdoing or negligence. An investigation will be initiated, and your full cooperation will be expected to resolve any issues.

1.2 Liability Blockreative is not liable for damages, losses, or legal claims related to content uploaded by Creators. You are solely responsible for the originality, legality, and safety of your products. If you or other party initiate a DMCA takedown on your own content, you acknowledge full liability for the outcome.

1.3 Termination Clause We can terminate your participation anytime for valid reasons. Your content may be delisted from the platform once you leave, but it can be archived and remain accessible to clients who have purchased it. Pending payments will be processed if applicable.

Section 2: Creator Expectations 2.1 Professional Conduct Creators must act in good faith, professionally, and respectfully. Behavior contrary to Blockreative’s values may result in license revocation.

2.2 Product and Service Quality All content must meet or exceed Blockreative’s standards to ensure the highest customer satisfaction. We hold the right to reject or eliminate content anytime if it does not meet our standards or vision. In case your overall quality significantly drops, your participation in the program can be reassessed.

2.3 Honesty and Intellectual Property Integrity Only original or fully licensed content is permitted. Plagiarism, copyright infringement, or selling unlicensed content will lead to immediate license termination.

2.4 Confidentiality You agree not to disclose confidential information related to Blockreative operations, tools, communications, or business plans, unless required by law.

2.5 Support You are expected to provide support to players regarding your products. This support can be provided as updates to your content in case of bugs/errors, ticket support, or clarifications using our platforms. Failure to provide support may lead to delisting your content and reevaluation of your participation in the Creator program.

2.6 Activity You are expected to maintain a level of activity on your account, such as updates, support, and contribution of new content. If your account remains inactive for extended periods (3, 6, or 12 months), we may reassess your participation in the program.

2.7 External Promotion You may not promote or share external links—such as personal websites, marketplaces, or competitor platforms—without prior approval from Blockreative. Exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis.

2.8 Outside Work and Client Relations You are allowed to collaborate with other platforms, clients, suppliers, or community members, provided that these activities do not violate the terms of your assigned license.

However, directly contacting customers or clients to offer the same product listed on Blockreative at a lower price without Blockreative’s participation or consent is strictly prohibited.

Such behavior will result in immediate removal from the platform.

2.9 AI-Generated Content The use of artificial intelligence (AI) to create, generate, or significantly alter any product, asset, or service submitted to Blockreative is strictly prohibited.

All submissions must be created manually or collaboratively by human contributors, without reliance on generative AI tools (e.g., for art, builds, code, or written content).

Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal of the content and may lead to account suspension or license termination.

2.10 Content Review and Moderation Blockreative reserves the right to review, audit, and moderate all content submitted to the platform at any time. This process is intended to ensure compliance with our quality standards, community values, and Terms. Content may be temporarily or permanently removed, restricted, or modified if it is found to violate these Terms or the platform’s guidelines.

Creators will be notified of any content removals or actions when feasible. Detailed procedures, timelines, and criteria for content review and moderation are outlined in the Blockreative Creator Guidelines, which Creators are expected to review and adhere to.

Failure to comply with content moderation actions may result in penalties, including content delisting or license termination.

Section 3: Creators 3.1 Creator Tiers Creators will be classified in different tiers based on their relationship with Blockreative. Tiers will include different benefits, percentages, and responsibilities. The assigning of tiers is solely at Blockreative’s discretion.

3.2 Partnerships If you are granted Partner status, it means you have a special relationship with us, defined by percentages, collaborations, and other differentiations offered by our platform. You are expected to meet the terms agreed upon by both parties. Failure to do so may lead to loss of your Partner status.

3.3 Promotions, Fees, Discounts, and Bonuses Blockreative may run various campaigns involving discounts, promotions, or bonuses. If you choose to participate or are selected for any of these campaigns, you will be informed in advance. For special fees related to specific services provided by Blockreative, you will have the option to accept or decline them.

3.4 Guidelines Guidelines will be available on our platforms and are expected to be met and followed by Creators. Failure to follow these guidelines may lead to rejection of your content.

3.5 Creator Licenses Creators may be granted different types of licenses, such as but not limited to Creator license, exclusive, non-exclusive, featured, sponsorship, or partnership. These will be assigned at Blockreative’s discretion or proposed by the Creator.

If you are granted an exclusive license, you agree not to sell or distribute exclusively licensed goods or services outside Blockreative. Breach of this condition may result in an investigation process and may lead to sanctions or penalties.

Section 4: Revenue and Payments By listing and selling your goods and services on Blockreative, you agree to the platform's revenue-sharing model, with Blockreative retaining a percentage based on your Creator level or partnership status. Payments are made via PayPal through a Threshold Payment System (TPS).

4.1 Threshold Payment System (TPS) Payout requests occur once your earnings exceed the minimum threshold.

All transfer or conversion fees are the Creator’s responsibility.

Taxes or any legal/government regulation is the sole responsibility of the Creator.

4.2 Payments Once the payout request is submitted, the request will enter an internal pipeline. You are expected to receive payment in the next payment cycle, weekly or fortnightly.

4.3 Special Terms You may request a payout manually via ticket if you haven’t reached the minimum after 10 days.

Accounts that fail to meet the minimum payouts for over 3 months may be suspended and receive a forced payout.

If a Creator meets the threshold but fails to claim earnings, Blockreative may issue a forced payout.

If no valid payout method exists and the Creator is unresponsive for 30 days, funds will be considered expired and forfeited.

Section 5: Penalties Failure to comply with these Terms may lead to penalties determined solely by Blockreative, based on the severity of the violation. Possible penalties include:

Warnings or strikes (up to 3)

Temporary or permanent account suspension

Temporary or permanent product removal

Withholding of payouts or revenue

Loss of Creator or partnership status

Legal action for severe violations

Section 6: Sanctions and Disputes 6.1 Sanctions Blockreative reserves the right to take corrective action against any Creator who violates these Terms or harms the platform/community. Sanctions may be applied with or without notice.

6.2 Dispute Resolution Informal Resolution: Contact Blockreative support to resolve issues amicably. You can use our internal ticket system or direct contact to our official contact methods.

Formal Investigation: If needed, a formal internal review will be initiated. Full cooperation is expected.

Final Decision: Blockreative will issue a binding final decision based on its findings.
